Drinks with sparkling water

Danskvand is a widely used cocktail ingredient. It is important that you use it in the right quantities and a little carefully, as if you add too much it will dilute your drink. You almost always add sparkling water at the end and never into the shaker. Since you then wanted to shake the bubbles flat and that way you could just as well have used ordinary water.

The cocktail type Fizz always contains sparkling water. Since we use carbonic acid in the Danish water to make the foam rise.
