- 5cl vodka

- 1. Add vodka, passion fruit puree, vanilla syrup and freshly squeezed lime in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Then fill the shaker completely with ice cubes.
- 3. Shake the ingredients vigorously for approx. 10-15 seconds until the shaker is cold.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a champagne glass
- 5. Top the cocktail with champagne, which you slowly pour into the glass.
- Cut a passion fruit in half and place carefully on top
