1. Add whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg whites in a shaker.
Dry shake for approx. 10 seconds to add air to the egg whites
3. Now fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Pour the contents into a glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with a slice of orange and/or an amarena cherry
