Drinks with pineapple

Pineapple can be used in many popular cocktails such as Hurricane, Pina Colada, Zombie, Mai thai and many other delicious cocktails. There are no classic Mexican cocktails with pineapple, but you can twist many of them with pineapple juice. A good example is Pineapple Margarita.

Mexican cuisine also often uses pineapple in their cooking, examples of which include pineapple salad, pineapple salsa and the well-known dish Oaxaca's pineapple chicken. So don't be afraid to experiment Tequila, Mezcal and Pineapple. It often goes hand in hand.
