Watermelon margarita
ingredients
- 5cl Tequila Blanco
- 4cl watermelonjuice
- 3cl freshly pressed limejuice
- 2cl sugar syrup
- 1cl orange liqueur
- 1. In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, triple sec, freshly squeezed lime juice, watermelon juice and sugar syrup.
- 2. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake for approx. 15-20 seconds, until all ingredients are well mixed and the drink has cooled.
- 3. Fill a margarita glass with ice cubes.
- 4. If you want a salt rim on your glass, moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge and then dip it in salt.
- 5. Fill a margarita glass with ice cubes.
- 6. Carefully pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glass to remove ice and any ice pieces from the shaker.
- 7. Garnish with a slice of watermelon on the rim of the glass.
