Tart, refreshing and naturally sweetened, this Rhubarb Margarita is perfect for spring and summer. It is very easy to make and is incredibly similar to one Classic Margarita, where you mix Tequila, lime and orange liqueur with some sweetness. In this case, it is homemade rhubarbsyrup instead agave syrup.
