Recipe for homemade rhubarb syrup for your Margarita

250 grams of sugar
250 ml freshly squeezed rhubarb juice

  1. Boil the rhubarb juice and sugar together over low heat.
  2. When the sugar has dissolved, the syrup is ready.
  3. Allow the rhubarb syrup to cool to room temperature
  4. Strain the liquid into a bottle.
