Unfortunately, there is a perception in Danish society that Tequila tastes bad and is often overlooked. We think it's a shame and that Tequila deserves more attention, respect and love.
Much of the Tequila that is sold and marketed in Denmark also supports this view, as it is often not 100% Agave Tequila.
So misson is ready, we want to inform you about better alternatives to why, where and how you should drink Tequila drinks. We want to create a universe that is inspiring and educational for the individual consumer. We believe we can convert consumers to a better choice of Tequila and still have commercial success.
That is why we have created this platform that unites education, entertainment and inspires one more 100% Agave Tequila in Denmark.
Through de last few years we noticed a shift in the way people make their lifestyle choices. Consumers want to acquire new knowledge and make better decisions in order to achieve better taste and quality when consuming food. Often it is just a lack of knowledge and inspiration that means they do not reach the goal.
At the beginning of 2020, we therefore developed the idea tequilapop.dk. The website was founded on the notion that the consumer did not want to be ordered by marketers or harassed by salespeople into buying bad tequila that is not 100% agave, they wanted to be helped and inspired for a better tequila experience.
