5cl beat gin
3cl freshly pressed lemonjuice
2cl sugar syrup
2cl egg white
4cl sparkling water

Sloe Gin Fizz step by step

1. Put sloe gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white in a shaker.
Close the shaker tightly and shake without ice for 10-15 seconds (dry shake).
3. Now fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds.
4. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice cubes.
5. Carefully top off the sparkling water so that the foam rises.
6. Garnish with a slice of lemon
